Shipping costs

Shipping is free for our customers.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes place within 3–5 business days (within Germany) and 4–6 business days (to other EU countries) after receipt of payment. Please note that delays may occur on public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping method

We ship your order with DHL GoGreen (within Germany) and UPS (to other EU countries). Self-collection is not possible. We also cannot deliver to packing stations.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email, which allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Transport damage

If there is any obvious transport damage upon receipt of the goods, please let us know.
